Lathe Machining
- Machining on GILDEMEISTER Lathe, model CTX310 V6: Equipped with an automatic bar feeder (bar passage from 10 to 65 mm), 12-position turret, X, Y, and Z axes, and counter-spindle. Capable of operations with a self-centering chuck integrated into the system.
- Machining on TSUGAMI Sliding Headstock Lathe: Equipped with an automatic bar feeder (bar passage up to 32 mm) and 5 axes.
Transfer Machining
- Machining on CNC Transfer ISO40 DVK SYSTEM, model W9W6: For molded and cast components. Features include:
- Horizontal axis table with 6 stations
- 6 turning units and 3 threading units in fixed and radial positions
- 2 pneumatic drilling units with optional off-center radial operation
- Capable of operating with a recess system
- Machining on CNC Transfer SIRTEC: For molded and cast components. Features include:
- Horizontal axis table with 12 stations
- 8 interchangeable turning and threading units
- 4 recess units
Laser Marking
LASIT Tower Mark X Laser Marker: Allows permanent marking of a wide variety of products and materials, supporting customization and coding based on specific client requirements. The key feature of this machine is its innovative X and Z-axis movement system, which increases the marking area, enabling it to engrave both large pieces and jigs with a high number of components.

Electro-Brazing Station
Recently introduced, the electro-brazing system allows for clean, efficient welding while reducing environmental impact by generating a magnetic field to fuse the metal.

From raw brass bars to the finished product, our team manages the complete production range to meet a wide variety of needs. The assembly process includes both manual and automated phases. Our highly specialized staff oversees each step, ensuring accurate and complete supply of every component.
Packaging and Shipping
The final packaging and shipping phase is carefully managed by our warehouse staff, who handle customer-specific packaging requirements using labeling and bagging machines.
